A four-time national heptathlon champion, Antisha Anderson- Scruggs is the co-founder of Antisha and Gary Unique Hearts. While training for the 2008 Olympics, she was diagnosed with a primary heart tumor called Myxoma, which cut short her dream of being an Olympian. In recognition of Antisha’s heart surgery survival story and accomplished athletic career, Long Beach Magazine named her one of their “Medical Heroes.”
Since 2008, Antisha has dedicated herself to training young athletes as an AAU coach and furthering her modeling, speaking, and acting careers.
Antisha is a graduate of the University of Mississippi, where she majored in Theatre Arts.
She is the daughter of former NFL star Gary Anderson and his wife Ollie. Antisha is married to Larry Scruggs III. Together they are parents to Larry Scruggs IV.
Gary Anderson, Jr. is co-founder of Antisha and Gary Unique Hearts located in Little Rock, Arkansas. A three-time Junior Olympic Decathlon champion, Gary was a prominent high school student and athlete. Recruited by numerous universities throughout the United States, Gary played football at Rice University in 2003 on a full scholarship and also ran track.
Despite numerous athletic injuries and surgeries, Gary persisted through adversity to earn a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Rice and to participate in tryouts for the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Minnesota Vikings. Since his college graduation, Gary has won many corporate sales awards while also managing a national team of workers with Visalus, a personal wellness company.
Gary is the son of former star NFL player Gary Anderson and his wife Ollie.
